a r/s sometimes is looked at by investors as a way for the company to APPEAR strong when in reality it is just a ploy to dilute more shares. again, like i said in my previous post, i dont think phot will do this. but what i do know is when the first cohan report came out with a .22 target the stock fell like 3 percent because the investors at the time were getting bombarded with dilution. this may still be happening. we will see in a couple of days if this stock falls back into the low 6's high 5's.
