Ya, the way I read it is the new license basically terminates their license with Dethrone and ties their hands to dealing with any other sports performance drink. Not sure of the license agreement they originally had but assuming the chance of meeting the revenue goals was not there so,,,,, NEXT
I also particularly like the part of how if royalty payments are not made Throwdown can convert and sell shares quarterly.
