Yeah, that's about all I could find, plus the usual termination clauses (failure to pay, trademark infringement, etc). I couldn't find a reference to any license termination filing or announcement from Dethrone Royalty, Inc. When you do any search for Dethrone Royalty, Inc about all you come up with are references to Dethrone Royalty Holdings, Inc. It's as if Dethrone Royalty, Inc dropped off the face of the earth. I go back to my earlier post regarding the Letter Of Intent to transfer shares from Toby & Mike. Looks like no transfer of stock took place, yet EXBS did become DRHC which according to the LOI would wholly own Dethrone Royalty, Inc. But what exactly happened? I've put calls in to Mr. Vasquez of the IR "dept" and emails, also asking for clarification on the old & new licenses, but so far no response.
