I have a couple of links that you can look at but my involvement is actually with work we're performing with a number of manufacturers through The Oswaldo Cruz Foundation. Someone (I think NVS) withheld a bio drug from Brasil because of national pricing and Brasil past a law that they can make anything they want as long as the Government is the only buyer. Nothing can be exported.

They have a very low cost national health program where Doctors and Dentists make around $2k u.s. month.
