Yesterday's PR about the the Divy of Regen shares also states clearly that the S1 registration filing with the SEC is DAYS away...this is great news too as I suspected in my LOOONG post that this has been in the works for some time.

The fact that REGEN is a clean entity and only registering the 20M divy shaares now, whould make the process for SEC approval move that much faster, IMO.

Hit the ask early and often!
