In all likelihood, the 20M shares will be divided up amongst 5B BMSN share holders, or, a 1:250 ratio. Given that he is regen CEO now too, expect him to start receiving regen shares for salary as well. Don't forget that he owns the first million regen shares. Converting his BMSN shares to regen will continue his controlling interest.
