Every SEC filing cost money. MDHI has more important expenses right now than non-essential SEC filings.



WOW. I guess the last few years of filings are non-essential then? I want current and consistent filings, PR's backed by 8-K's, even at a dilutive PPS cost here. I am sick of a silent, non-filing company here. Stand up and have some integrity!
