Like I just posted!!! They claim they want to uplist and be like the big boys. Why didn't we get an 8-K filing concerning $MDHI missing this "intended" date. As you described, per your post, in an SEC filing? Like I said it's an integrity issue here and I am seeing a huge lack of that here in my opinion!
