I hope they were already issued last year. It's been my experience if the PPS keeps falling the "consultant" gets more share's at the x date of the term.

We are very close to maxing out the AS into the OS so that would indicate to me, $MDHI would have to raise it's AS to pay the "consultant" the proper number of shares for $$$ owed on services? Thought's?

But, if we had CURRENT FILINGS ronnie! We wouldn't even be asking these questions would we!
