What's eventual about it? The Intel mobo ViiV specs are explicit: TPMs are embedded.

without premium content there won't be a need for the TPM, imo. Until services are available (hence the eventually). Eventually, when services are available that people demand that require secure platforms. That's what I meant.

And honestly, I still don't see what you see. I see Intel shipping ETS with mobos. I see Intel's new ViiV will use a TPM. I know LaGrande will need a TPM. I don't see how ETS will be in a Sony, Asus, MSI, Lenovo, HP computer with Intel chips, until Sony, Asus, MSI, Lenovo, or HP decided they want ETS and not something else. There does exist the Infineon and IBM pre-Lenovo solutions. So I guess I'm just not ready to say that Intel is getting Wave in with other OEMs until I see it in a PR.
