BARN CAT is 100% sure that this move will take UCP to the NEXT STEP in Niclas and Carl's overall plan.
In an e-mail received Friday from Niclas, he and Carl are excited about the future of UCP and shareholders' value.
They have not come out and directly said but Cat believes that they see their share price under valued.
Cat also believes that management is listening to shareholders and understands the way they feel.
