Very interesting! I will certainly have a closer look on those names. First thing to notice: All new candidates are external, giving the prospective BOD a 3:2 power balance of external members. That adds quality and control to hold management accountable.

Second thing to notice: Maria Liehm as CFO is not on the list. I was under the impression that UCPA's current BOD are Froberg/Grandinson/Liehm (all internal).

Third: I might be wrong on this one, but doesn't SEC reporting status require a minimum BOD size of 5? Anyone know for sure? Why would the company do the nomination in a public meeting like the big boys as a "pinkie"?

I would love to travel to Stockholm for the meeting, but I have a surgery on the 14th (nothing too serious) and I'm afraid they won't let me go.
