OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of Open, Transparent and

communications company, today announced a strategic news distribution agreement
that will provide OTCQX(R), OTCQB(R) and OTC Pink(R) companies a seamless,
cost-effective way to broaden the dissemination of company news and information
to investors and meet regulatory requirements.
Companies may now use Marketwired's news distribution service to publish press
releases via OTC Markets Group's OTC Disclosure & News Service, which is
posted to www.otcmarkets.com and other web portals and delivered to
broker-dealers who trade OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink securities. Companies that
previously posted press releases separately via Marketwired and OTC Disclosure
& News Service can now use Marketwired as a single point-of-access,
eliminating duplication and ensuring maximum distribution of their news and
disclosure to traders, analysts, investors and the media.
