The "shorts" are short term. The long term is where management is focused. Properly so, I think. Southeast Europe is rebuilding. Construction takes time. Management suggests that their eye is on the ball (getting and filling contracts and obtaining favorable financing and establishing themselves in the Kovin Free Zone). Remember their comments regarding the rising tide of business in their area of concentration: It lifts all boats. Remember too their intention to maintain a "strong presence" in North America. I view this company as a core, long term holding in my portfolio and I expect my patience to yield a bountiful harvest......Sam
