I pulled up the docket for this case. It's the domestication of a judgment Gartner obtained against Yippy in 2011. Judgment amount is $86,897. The upcoming hearing has to do with a Motion for Garnishment one on of Yippy's bank accounts (BMO Bank). According to BMO, it only holds about 2k in the account. Yippy apparently has not retained counsel or otherwise appeared in the case, which I find a bit strange, to be honest.
