VOIS, INC. Progress Report
SAN DIEGO, Sept. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- VOIS, INC. (OTCQB- VOIS) is providing the following progress report as it relates to the development of the Company's patented EEG Headset, the financial need to complete the project and the corporate actions needed to accomplish the task.
Headset Development- The Company is developing a state of the art EEG headset designed to operate as a brain-computer-interface device. The headset technology being developed will be compatible for the mobile market, allowing users to be away from the stationary PC and operate thought controlled applications anywhere they choose. The EEG headset is being developed with a focus on being user-friendly, using a dry sensor and designed in a way to be virtually unnoticed when worn. The working prototype is complete and has tested successfully on DROID based smart phones and tablets.
The Company believes they are 80% complete with the project and must raise the necessary capital to complete the software operating system for the device, engage the design firm to create the sleek, attractive look of the final product and begin manufacturing.
Recapitalization- The Company has engaged a financial partner to assist with the necessary capital to complete the project. As part of the process to be successful in raising the necessary capital, it has been recommended to recapitalize the Company in a manner that is attractive to investors. The Company's attorneys are working feverishly to accomplish this step and will file the changes with the SEC in the near term. The Company plans to conduct a Private Placement following the recapitalization to meet their capital needs.
Going Forward- The Company's vision is to have the smallest, mobile BCI (brain-computer-interface) device on the market to operate smart phones and PC's through the power of your mind. In addition to the three applications currently on the market, the Company plans to develop additional software applications in the areas of gaming, medical assistance and brain efficiency. The Company plans to develop these applications in-house as well as with outside developers.
