Actually the report is a bit confusing. Evraz is a multi billion dollar company with main interests in Steel and Coking Coal. They also have vanadium properties Russia, and in the US and probably elsewhere besides South Africa.

That she's planning to divest a ferro vanadium FeV property will likely help Largo Resources more than Energizer as Largo's product is more adaptable to steel than batteries.

I hope Evraz is checking the waters for electrical grade V2O5 production and has an eye on teaming with companies with such assets.
