I haven't really read LQMT's voting rights, but I've always felt that visser should have enough to influence the appointment of, at least, one board member. Watts, admittedly, I didn't read his anti-dilutive clause in detail. Any idea how it works? Has he even exercised the clause on the previous issuance to the pipe's to pay the debt? I guess I'm wondering if he has to pony up some cash to exercise his right. Hell, I'd think so...I need to read that stuff - just wondering if you knew. Thank you.
