Questions? I don't think my post post posited any questions, except a rhetorical question re Barney Visser's role in the current Proxy up for vote.

I've seen the past many posts of the "posters" your recommend. I respect and am informed by them.

But, I don't see anyone interested in the intentions of the LQMT stockholder with more holdings than any other single individual, including second place Abdi Mahamedi, Chairman of the Board of LQMT, and, other than Visser's holdings, the only other other entity with more than 5% of LQMT outstanding stock.

That person is Barney Visser. He may not have a controlling interest based on a simple majority of LQMT stock, but he has more stock than all official Insiders combined, and any other individual stockholder.

So how will he vote on on the current Proxy? And why?
