I'm pretty sure a recent press release was clear that this was for 2/2.5G only. Assuming the arb was started last week it seemed really quick. Maybe that is just optimistic thinking on my part. I imagine that this is the sequence of events:
IDCC called Sam and said you can have Nokias terms so
lets drop the arb.,

Sam said thanks but no thanks we will go though with it
(for no other reason than delay and see what happens with
NOK)

Arb starts last week. IDCC walks in and says they can have
Nok terms. Arb over.

So if that is the case I have to believe the arb panel will decide pretty quickly. I think for Nok they had to go though a a fairly lengthy process of getting the head office to review but I imaging none of it will take too much time. I guess we will find out. When the verdict comes down I guess there will be another run though the SDNY for confirmation.
