Jollyman,
I maybe wrong but I seem to remember you talking about being southern and how people hear our accents and assume we're dumb. It's a wonderful advantage when people dismiss you out of hand without really hearing you.
Anyway, two years ago after Visser got the bulk of his shares and we were getting our first big shot of dilution I was able to get over 12 million shares from people on this board to vote no. I sent a Fedex to Visser detailing how a group of us was trying to stop dilution and asked for his vote. His shares and ours would have made it a close vote. Over 45,000,000 shares at the time. He never responded to my letter.
After that the company took efforts to marshall votes and has been successful at authorizing new shares. We tried to find out what the share count was, from that first dilution, but the company would not release the vote totals. If you want a more complete recounting of the efforts go back and read old posts. Back then people were telling me it was a good thing to prevent takeovers and to have working capital for expansion. That we needed more shares to attract talent. All the same themes I see written now. There is no stoping the issuing of more shares. The issuing will lead only in one direction for the stock. History is doomed to repeat itself. Which of course is nothing new. All the best to you.

If you're not the southern guy I think you are I'm a redneck and most of what I say is splattered in tobacco juice and chitlins when I'm not singing "mammy's little baby loves shortin, shortin mammy's little baby loves shortin bread."
