"What was the incentive to buy..."

Your comments tell me you're a trader and not an investor...and thats cool... but let me ask you a few questions.

So as a small retail trader you prefer it when companies offer Hedge Funds, Private Equity groups and large accredited investors steeply discounted prices you can't get? You're good with that?

What is the purpose of a rights offering?..do you know?

What did you expect Mr. Market to do once the rights offering @ .50 was announced?

Are the material benefits of participating in a rights offering immeditate in your experience?... or do the benefits typically come down the road once the cash infusion is put to work?

In your mind is JAXB a "Trade" ...or an "Investment"?
