IMO is that they will sell until they can convert the $15.0 Mil at market prices or below.. By keeping the prices low they get more shares.. Upon exchange I see a move to go private or do a revese screwing the shareholders again.. That is if the finanicals are real.. This has been thier method of operatios each of the last 9 Qtrs. Also just before the exchange for the interest they drove the stock to $0.05.. This way IMO they made the exchange at prices that approached 0.8 PE..

Since then each time the earnings came out they waited and again drove the price down to less than 50% of the high made around the earnings release.. It's more than a few I-Hubbers trying to control.. History is for sure on my side of thought.. hank
