12 Significant Parts of SFOR DD for ALL…

After doing some further DD, I felt the need to update my previous post with ”10 Parts” to add an additional two parts for now ”12 Parts” of SFOR DD with adding a part for the Melrose CU deal and the Whitesky court ruling. Before reading the ”12 Parts” of SFOR DD, I think all should re-read the two PRs below and related posts below:

StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. Receives Notice of Allowance From the United States Patent Office That Their Keystroke Encryption Patent Application Has Been Allowed for Issuance as a Patent
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/strikeforce-technologies-inc-receives-notice-123900757.html

Part 1 of SFOR DD
I first went to OTC Markets to see if they were current with their filings/financials. I found that their status was better than I had expected; SFOR is OTCQB.

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SFOR/company-info

This means that SFOR is not just current, but is current with filing with the SEC and filing ”audited” financials on a regular basis. This is a serious step for being considered legit within the market regardless to what any of us here posting believes or not. Also, per OTC Markets, the SFOR Outstanding Shares (OS) is 832,922,135 shares as of Aug 11, 2013. That’s still not bad for a penny stock these days especially given that it traded 381,524,759 shares the past trading day (on Aug 28, 2013) to close up 475% for the day. If we would have closed down or about even with such volume, I would have been forced to consider if some dilution concerns existed with shares entering the Float to be possibly an issue. Such did not happen so I have no concerns.

Part 2 of SFOR DD

Read this piece below taken directly from the SFOR PR, then I will explain what it means to me:

http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=58978689&symbol=SFOR
"The timing of this patent couldn't be more perfect for StrikeForce," says Kay. "In addition to the almost six million people that have downloaded our keystroke encryption technology over the last several years, this patent enables us to expand on our current patent litigation strategy."

What this means to me is the same thing that meant to me back when Patriot Scientific Corp. (PTSC) was at .03 per share when they went after Intel for patent infringement. PTSC won their litigation case against Intel all because the patent that PTSC had owned was proven that Intel had infringed upon their patent. Upon such confirmation news being released of Intel infringing upon PTSC’s patent, PTSC had gone from .03 per share to $2.25 per share in short order. It took a little while to happen, but it happened.

Here’s why we have that same or better ”potential” for such a move here with SFOR as like what transpired with PTSC. First read the news below:

StrikeForce Commences Patent Litigation Against Out-of-Band Authentication Infringers Starting With PhoneFactor (a subsidiary of Microsoft), Fiserv & First Midwest Bancorp
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/strikeforce-commences-patent-litigation-against-174922271.html
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=56954388

Next read the news below to see that Microsoft (MSFT) had bought out PhoneFactor Inc. and then read the information following about Microsoft, Fiserv, & First Midwest Bancorp …

Microsoft buys Overland Park company PhoneFactor
http://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/news/2012/10/04/microsoft-buys-overland-park-company.html

MSFT makes over $77 Billion per year and trades on the NASDAQ at $33.00+ per share:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=MSFT+Profile
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx

Fiserv, Inc. makes over $4.4 Billion per year and trades on the NASDAQ at $96.00+ per share:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=FISV+Profile
http://www.fiserv.com/index.htm

First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. makes over $410+ Million per year and trades on the NASDAQ at $15.00+ per share:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=FMBI+Profile
http://www.firstmidwest.com/

Now read again the PR below of SFOR going after PhoneFactor, Inc., a subsidiary of Microsoft Inc., Fiserv, Inc., and First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware in Wilmington:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/strikeforce-commences-patent-litigation-against-174922271.html
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=56954388

Between those companies above that SFOR is claiming to have infringed upon their patents, there is a total of over $81.8 Billion in Revenues generated from the companies. Where there is smoke, there is usually fire and I believe that this fire will be a huge blaze in favor of SFOR. Considering the qualifications of the SFOR management staff (which I will get to in the section after the next section of this post), I am very confident that they know if their patents have been infringed upon by any company. I’m guessing that the reasons for the huge volume was mainly because of someone learning something of a huge magnitude with SFOR.

Part 3 of SFOR DD

Something very important while we have the patent infringement thoughts on our mind is to notice that SFOR has hired Blank Rome LLP, a national law firm, to fight for them against those major market companies for patent infringement. You don’t hire a firm of this stature unless you are very sure of what you are bringing them on board to do. Also, if you are Blank Rome LLP, you don’t get on board to accept to fight for SFOR for patent infringement against these huge companies unless you are confident that SFOR has a legitimate case with a legitimate chance to win. To further understand the quality of this law firm… Blank Rome LLP has received the “Best Lawyers of the Year for 2013” ranking from U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers:

http://www.blankrome.com/index.cfm?contentID=46&itemID=2647

Part 4 of SFOR DD
Next I took a look at their management TEAM to see their qualifications and to see if they fit the profile of a TEAM that’s serious about what they are doing. From further review, this SFOR Management TEAM looks to be very serious about what they are doing starting with their Chairman & CEO, Mark L. Kay, who has over 25 years as an established leader, CIO and Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase. He was also the Chief Operating Officer and Global Technology Auditor during his tenure. See below to read more about Mark L. Kay and the rest of his very qualified TEAM here with SFOR:

Part 5 of SFOR DD
Next I went to the website of SFOR to see how professional it looks and to learn of its operations in greater detail and I was very impressed. You got to have a sexy website. Although I’m easy when it comes to websites, I think all can look at their related website and see that SFOR and GuardedID are both very real along with the other key links to explain their operations:

http://www.guardedid.com/default.aspx

Whitepaper for MobileTrust - Mobile Security

Part 6 of SFOR DD
Next I went to the videos to see some very serious proof of how the technology works in action and much more (Awesome Videos):

Now look at this video on ABC World News and see the importance of SFOR that many are learning about to solve such issues and threats:

Part 9 of SFOR DD

Next I went through some posts to pull some key quotes with the links to the quotes following:

** “Getting patents in the Information Age is like getting FDA approval”

** “They have OOB and now keystroke encryption, could not be in a better spot.”

** “Very professional, audited, and with a bit of revenue A hidden gem here”

** “A company that reports regularly and communicates with the shareholder is not a sham outfit. You have to remember this is an infant industry and the needs are HUGE. SFOR has patents and more coming. Much of what they work on has not been done before. It is not easy. I have a gut feeling they have the goods.”

** “GuardedID for sale online $29.99/12 months renewal. Stops hackers from getting into your bank account and computer by encrypting keyboard strokes. Seems cheap for this protection. Check it out.”

** “We are not attempting to sell the OOB technology to consumers. It is aimed at critical large companies in health care, finance and banking. These are crucial industries that our government wishes to protect.”

** “Here is another great article that follows about the $45mm bank heist clarifying it occurred through phishing and spear phishing which the majority of the time either directly asks for your personal information or more often than not steal your keystrokes through loading a virus on your computer and smart phone, with quotes from George Waller, EVP of StrikeForce included as an industry security matter expert. The GuardedID product from StrikeForce prevents the keylogging malware from stealing your personal and critical keystrokes. The ProtectID product from StrikeForce doesn’t allow those stolen keystrokes (which would happen if you didn’t have GuardedID), from getting into your accounts and stealing your money. The Anti-Virus programs don’t prevent these attacks as proven by all the data breaches and attacks that occurred to RSA, Citibank, FRB, Lockheed Martin, Federal government agencies, TJMax, Visa and many other that all use one of the top anti-virus programs.”

** "GuardedID is in a league of its own. It proactively encrypts each and every keystroke typed on a keyboard. One thing that all security experts can agree on is that the use of encryption is the best way to protect your data," says Kay, "and until GuardedID, there wasn't any way to encrypt data at the point of origin..."

“If the last sentence is true, this patent does mean something very new.”
