"Hydrochloride" is misspelled. Pyridoxine hydrochloride, or vitamin B6, is a member of the B complex family. Vitamin B is in bananas, sardines, chicken, spinach, and avocados.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride is necessary for proper nerve function and for metabolizing nutrients. Pantothenic acid is vitamin B5. It is widely found in both plants and animals including meat, vegetables, cereal grains, legumes, eggs. Good stuff, regardless of the bad (incorrect) spelling!
