all networks have that trial and error...sometimes you see a show go up (I forget what they call it) and a couple of weeks later it's gone....same goes for the folks they hire. They may not be contracted until a 'proven' time has past and if it doesn't work out they are not included in the next go around....happens all the time from what I can see
