Here is the DD re: BAC that I found, as per requested.

Big Apple Consulting:

Big Apple was an IR firm in Orlando (they are no longer in business). They really only dealt with pennies and poor ones at that. BAC had a shell (GRBG), that they were looking to find a real company to reverse merge with. Mr. Wood knew a guy, who recommended to him that he vend into this shell. Although he was advised that it was an ugly play, Don was under the gun to get St. Cloud moving, and Big Apple said that if he did the deal they would raise capital. Needless to say, they didn’t raise a penny. So Mr. Wood did the right thing, and backed out of the deal. Mr. Wood didn’t know BAC or their reputation.

When RENU IR realized that the former CEO of RENU (name not uttered) was not being honest and fair , IR called Mr. Wood out of the blue, and asked him where he stood regarding GRBG. Mr. Wood said that he unwound the TEI/GRBG deal. That is when IR invited him to look into the possibility of merging with RENU.

Mr. Wood didn’t get into bed with BAC. BAC simply tried to sucker Mr. Wood into saving one of their crappy shells. He realized what was going on, and he removed himself from them.
