This board is open to discussion of anything IMO. Some people abuse that but i don't think the past of a CEO is off limits, as it was not meant to be derogatory...It is relevant and important. If there is critical info of his previous businesses and charity , it's appropriate to question it here if I have no other solid info. If there is nothing to hide, then there is no reason not to address it. I didn't ask him the question, but I'm glad he answered it.
Perhaps investors are scared of his past, like me, and would be more willing to invest with a better understanding. I'm an amateur investor and have no intention but to be better educated and to discuss stocks. It's unfortunate that it would come across as inappropriate.
