Good DD is about trying to find what the company and the CEO don't want you to know. It's never about only looking for the good, which is rarely, if ever, hidden. John Scott publicly announced 10 1/2 months ago that he was within weeks of a reverse merger with CBYI. That didn't happen and the exact same announcement has been made 3 or 4 times since....still no definitive agreement? Now he appears to be backing away? Why? He deserves to be bashed if he's holding off for some reason and not announcing why. Someone is dumping a lot of shares into the hype in the meantime.
