Negative, CSG is acquring a private company that wants to go public with CSG, using CSG's currencies and NOL's.

Once this deal is completed with Esko, CSG is an empty shell. However, there is a huge benefit for CSG to merge into another company. Reason why, CSG is a competely clean shell. There's very few of those out there and when one pops up, they are immediately attained.
