Second part. You said nicotine wasn't what has people addicted to cigs in first post.
I pointed out people use patches which are based on nicotine withdrawl. And now you ask for stats. I think stats would be misleading no matter if they were in my favor or yours.

Still would like to hear why nicotine isn't the addictive part. I hate cigs. If you have new info I'd be glad to hear it.
My wife is trying some other gimmick next week to quit.
Heck I just wish she'd go cold turkey and lock herself up in a room for a few days.
But I'm not the one addicted so can't stand in her shoes.
So she will do it her way.
