I was not trying to compare PBLS to AAPL...I was pointing out the mechanics of the RSI...Meaning a continuous Uptrend can keep a security @ the upper levels of the RSI...That High RSI is not necc. a reason to sell or figure a "run" has "shot its Wad" ...
