Huh? ... and exactly why would he/she do that? One things for sure, there shouldn't be any shotage of shares for sale at that price.

Two questions; 1) Have you any documented evidence that this is so? and, 2) I wonder if that would be legal?

P.S. I smell something fishy about that deal
