Thank you "M M007"; you are correct; I am not creating hype, just reporting news relayed to me.

Peter indicated to Sporty earlier this afternoon in a telephone conversation that the company would be issuing a statement sometime tomorrow morning providing information to update shareholders of the most recent corporate activity.

How is this "hype"? I am just reporting a fact as told to me by a very reliable, honest and trustworthy friend. Sporty's word is all I need that he had a discussion with Peter and the CEO will be issuing a statement to shareholders tomorrow morning.

Enough said on this topic; a statement will be coming tomorrow!
