That's what I can't understand. They had to delay tox 2 full years to build a new plant that they didn't need to build to get to tox. It's as if they don't even want to get to tox and are creating every possible delay. And if the recent move is due to some stock pumping outfit like a Tobin Smith then it's being pumped and you can forget about the recent move.
