I agree with you that FQ is only interested in certain things PTQ has. The gravel, some land, and maybe some copper resources that PTQ currently have rights to. That's why IMO FQ wouldn't want to buy the whole Panamanian enchilada. They most likely would only want to cherry-pick the holdings they're interested in.

If Fifer chooses to deal with them in selling only what they want or to do some sort of JV agreement most likely PTQ wouldn't have to do any financing. I suppose it's possible they are talking to FQ about something down that line, as we continue to hear nothing on getting financing and the supposed PDI spin-off just continues to be pushed back. That stands to reason as FQ is still evaluating their situation and of course PTQ is on hold until FQ let's them know what they want to do.
