You do realize that JFTC called off their investigation when Intel complied with their requests, don't you?
Interesting characterization of pleading no contest to the charges. I certainly would not mind if similarly Intel "complied with requests" AMD made in its case.
It tells me that JFTC's requests were minor and the findings were not a big deal: hardly anything incriminating enough to be used in a U.S. lawsuit against Intel.
Like you would ever admit that Intel committed an illegal act, even if it happened in front of your own eyes...
