I don't know what Re-stsrting the Browser means.

I did Re-start my computer though,

and my Compatibility set-up,
is set to make all Web-Sites Compatible,
and i-hub is on my Favorites Browser,
along with all the rest of the Sites.

Still having problems.

Any other ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.
