ztockings, this is how I feel about the share price and companies.

Currently, DSNY has a market cap 3 times that of the new one.

While both companies appear to have the best technology for the market they are addressing, the new ones addressable market is many multiples of DSNY's addressable market.

IMO, more potential upside with the new one, but, to it's credit, DSNY already has revenue from MPE.

I own DSNY, XXII, and the new one.
