You're obviously looking at it from a different perspective and only looking at the runup, not what happened prior to that.

The LOC vs selling shares argument will rage on for a while. As long as the income is shown to keep pace with the selling of the shares or starts to move above, I don't see that as bad thing based on where things are today. Just my opinion tough.
