It settled around 16 for a while its down 78% from there. Then it ran up to 6. And settled around 5? And its down 40% from there. So what is the so called price hold up. Go look at the chart its steady downwards with a few run ups in the middle. Its tested lower lows constantly.

The ability to get into stores is proven? Sure. How does that change the fact that he is diluting without any compunction? He has A/S at unlimited and O/S rising every month. And if it was growing so fast , as claimed why doesn't he have a LOC?

And because of it the shareholders have done nothing but lose money. His duty is not to help traders on P&D's. If the share can't hold the price it reflects what the market thinks.
