Well, I remember the activity and just now can make that connection but have no specific opinion. If you are saying it has been reported to the SEC it will probably be looked at being as they are quite serious about microcap fraud recently.

And fraudulent companies are going down in record numbers with new ones suspended almost daily, sometimes multiples in one day.

Insider information fraud is among the most difficult to prove, but it does happen. If they get subpoenas they can look into all trading activity to see if indeed something was likely leaked and may act if it looks suspicious enough to investigate further.

That all said, I have no opinion in this specific matter here.
