Well, not really. Some have called BRND a distributor, including BRND itself, but they are not, never were, a distributor. They are a marketing, promotion company. Distributors are local to the market they deliver product to (to the retail trade), But, Jorge is guilty of presenting himself as one, and promoting massive fraud, in my humble opinion. I think Andreas freaked out when he realized who he was in bed with. Clearly no vodka has ever been produced, and no labeling has ever been presented to any state for approval, so old Andreas might be guilty of securities fraud himself. We shall see
