Judging by the way he wanted to "clear up some confusion" and "clarify" yet again, my guess is, he wanted to personally distance himself from BRND shareholders.
Little does he realize how it's gonna blow up in his face, now. He shoulda never rode the back of BRND (with their $1M ZizZazz note) only to throw them under the bus worse the second time than the first.
In a court of law, the judge is gonna say an exclusive contract to distribute BBV means a contract that is expected to last at least until the product is distributed.
BRND 'contract' was canceled before even 1 bottle could be distributed.
The judge is NOT gonna smile at Andreas.
Not when he hears how ABP's personally approved BRND PR facilitated the selling of 130M+ new shares that profited BRND's ZizZazz noteholders in excess of $2 Million dollars for a company that likely couldn't appraise for more than $20,000.
