Strategic Rare Earth Metals Solidifies Definitive Agreement

Strategic Rare Earth Metals, Inc. (OTC Markets:SREH) announced today that the company recently completed the Definitive Agreement with BC Blades.
Under terms of the Definitive Agreement, Strategic Rare Earth Metals, Inc. will acquire a ten percent (10%) equity position in BC Blades. BC Blades has created the only quick change, no tools required skate on the market today.

It has been projected that BC Blades sales will exceed $14 million in the first year of mass production and $36 million in the second year. BC Blades has a U.S. patent pending and the company is also seeking product protection in 298 other countries around the world.
