You are 100% correct. As irritating as it has been to get mid day or late day news they seem to issue PR's during trading hours and not premarket or afterhours. News could hit anytime with BMSN.

False statement, you have no way of knowing. News could drop in minutes, hours, days no one knows. Today could very well be the day.
