He can't be that stupid. After all, he still finds new "investors" to make excuses for him after his company orchestrated four devastating Reverse Splits that totally wiped out past shareholders, issued Billions upon Billions of shares in Toxic Dilution, increased his A/S to 2.9 BILLION shares, and presided over a company whose share price that fell from .024 to .002 in less than a year on top of 600,000,000 shares in dilution that increased the O/S from 300 million to 915 million! What's not to love about this guy! He's the Bernie Madoff of stinky pinky stocks! As P.T. Barnum once said "There's a sucker born every minute!"
