If the president would assume trips to come why in the hell would he take common share as payment?

the man knows all to good, this will go into multiple pennies/ cents in the longrun!

At this pps the common shares he accepted are worth $1395. And after an RS they would be worth nothing!

As well as after further massive dilution they are worth much less!

Do you think the man is stupid?

He assumes this stock to climb dramatically in value and that is what he wants, to increase longterm permanent VALUE FOR HIS SHAREHOLDERS , And subsequently for himself, since, as YOU POINTED OUT, he is a shareholder too!

Accepting common stock as compensation!

Everybody, with atleast a Highschool diploma can see that!
