I agree with most of what you said except the "just angina" discounting. Angina is not just an annoying symptom. It is usually ischemia and a harbinger to an MI. There is a lot of research, new medications, and surgery dedicated to decreasing the causes of angina. A med with no side effects that decreases angina will have as much of an upside as a downside exists by shorting AMRN.
