Mike Shea is the CEO, he has access to 2B Common Shares to do whatever he wants with, on top of that, there are at the very least 97M Series E Shares that convert at a 15:1 at his disposal as well.

I'd say he has hundreds of millions of shares to dump yes, he is the CEO...

The fact that a CEO, who has been touted as the next genius to bring GDSM back to its glory days can't spell the word Guarantee correctly is frightening...But funny as hell!
